Tim has been Newton Green's Club Professional since 1994 joining the club from Stoke By Nayland Golf Club where he qualified as a PGA Professional.
As a PGA Advanced Professional he is a highly qualified coach teaching all aspects of the game, some of his pupils have since gone onto to represent England and others becoming professional golfers.
Tim run's a successful Golf Shop stocking all leading brands as well as offering a custom fit service using the very latest in golf technology.
Tim also plays tournament golf around the region and country representing Newton Green, his notable highlights was winning the Suffolk PGA Championship's in 1996, winning over 40 times in various PGA events and course record holder on three occasions.

James joined here in October 2020 as a PGA Trainee on the PGA Training Programme. He has now completed the Training Programme and is now a fully qualified PGA Professional. James' golf started at Newton Green from the age of 14, representing the club both in the county and nationally, and also winning the junior club championships on two occasions.
As well as James completing his PGA Training Programme, he's had a successful playing career so far, a multiple winner on the PGA East Region schedule, in both individual and pairs events, as well as qualifying for the PGA Championships on one occasion, and being ranked in the top 15 of the trainees in the East Region for the order of merit season.
In the summer of 2024, James will be working at Medinah Country Club on a 5 month internship, to explore what it's like at such a private and prestigious golf club, while getting the opportunity to play and practice out there too.
James is also available for coaching of all ages and abilities, along with custom fit options.

Geoff has worked at Newton Green Golf Club for the past five years, starting off in the clubhouse working behind the bar and now as retail assistant in the Golf Shop where he has been since 2021.
Geoff has worked in sales in previous jobs so has great experience in golf retail and will be there to help you with any golfing advice needed.
He is a keen golfer playing off a handicap of 18 and is keen to further develop and improve his game under the guidance of Tim and James.
